Meditation Review

In my earliest blog posts, I talked about how to get started meditating.  I am going to review those items here today.

Meditation is the key to bringing about change in yourself that is beneficial, long-lasting, and ultimately permanent.

OM AUM Symbol

After having such extraordinary spiritual experiences meditating in China, my sister asked me how she could get started in her meditation/prayer time.

I told her it is really quite simple.  It is so simple in fact that it will be hard to believe.

I told her this: (put up pictures with these)

  1. Find a space in your home where no one can disturb you.
  2. Get a very comfortable chair to sit on (with a pad if needed)
  3. Make sure you have as much as silence as possible!
  4. You can place your hands in a hand position called a mudra, but this isn’t necessary
  5. Focus at the third eye – point between the eyebrows and try to create as much tension there as possible
  6. If the mind wanders off in the one direction, bring it back to the breath and tension towards the third eye
  7. Voila! You are meditating!

By focusing on the breath and the third eye, the nature of stillness will be revealed to you allowing greater gains in the meditative time of silence. As this is the time when Divine speaks to us.

Meditating to the sound of a gong, wind chimes, or the ocean waves can be soothing, but will prevent you from going deeper.

Silence is your true teacher.  In the silence, the ego mind will try to take over through mental intimidation, but if you can willfully focus on the stillness of the body, then all thoughts will eventually cease.  It may take 20 minutes of sitting time to get the mind to quiet down, but once it comes it will be hard to let it go of.

Now, here is the trick…

This is where you can use the Law of Ascension.

Once you have gained even this small portion of inner peace and meditative stillness, attempt to keep it with you the whole day.

Do this by focusing all of your attention towards the third eye.  Just try to create as much tension as possible. The more that you can open this energetic area of the body, the more you will gain in permanent ascension.

Before you know it, you will be able to manifest it all the time.

If you can manifest third eye tension at any time, then you are well on your way to becoming a truly enlightened Minervan!

OM AUM Symbol

If you are a beginner meditator, there is hope for you!  As you advance along the spiritual path, keep whatever state you have gained in meditation throughout the day.  This is the Law of Ascension.

In the next post, I will focus on the consciousness of Jesus Christ.

I hope you will enjoy it.

Superconsciousness

The State of Superconsciousness.

This is the level of consciousness (LOC) that exists above everyday baseline consciousness.

Some great masters such as Vivekananda, in his book Raja Yoga, have exclaimed it be the high level samadhi that is associated with true self-realization.

However… it is MORE than that.

Superconsciousness is a state of being that exists as a LOC, achievable by any human being still bound by karma and desires, but it is also a massive category of consciousness.  This means that Superconsciousness is an idea or larger umbrella category hanging over all other levels above consciousness.

Below is a diagram describing this concept.

Categories of Consciousness Part 1

Categories of Consciousness Part 2

This is why Vivekananda, a great master of self-realization and others like him, claimed it to be of the highest levels.  AND… that it can also be achieved by the modern man.

Think of the Superconsciousness LOC as the beginning of rising above baseline consciousness.  As you begin to ascend in realization, attuning to higher and higher levels, your own LOC will begin to take on the truer state of superconsciousness as samadhi.

Now, samadhi doesn’t happen overnight and neither does achieving a baseline superconscious state, BUT there is hope!

This is because Superconsciousness can be measured and visually perceived!

Now the numerical measurement for Superconsciousness is between
106000 to 10100,000,000.

It may be difficult to understand how big these numbers really are, so I will leave it up to the 2nd ebook to explain it to you more completely and thoroughly.

You will also know if you are in superconsciousness because you will be able to perceive the spiritual eye in its grandeur. It looks like this:

Third eye, 3rd Eye, Spiritual Eye

Usually perception of the spiritual eye won’t occur until the highest levels of the baseline superconscious LOC, but if you do see it sooner, it is quite a blessing and sure sign of your entrance into this glorified state!

If it can be seen at any time, in any fullness, then you may have become a permanent resident of the LOC Superconsciousness.

As time goes on and you begin to perfect your muscle testing, testing for your LOC will become very easy and highly accurate while in a deep state of meditation.  Testing while not in meditation will be less accurate because a pure intuitive mind is gained while being immersed in superconsciousness.

Sounds like you need to start meditating right now, right?

Well, if you have been doing this meditation thing for a long time and still haven’t achieved a viewing of spiritual eye, then you may be doing it wrong.

The question is then:

Can I really meditate incorrectly?

The more accurate response is:

There is no wrong path, just one that helps you to ascend the quickest.

The quickest is the one that has been tested over and over again scientifically to derive the same result.  This is generally done through meditation derived from yoga and the techniques that are associated.

If you would like to read more about superconsciousness and meditation, then check out my new ebook, Your Guide to Scientific Self-Realization: Part II: The Ascension.

In the next post, I will elaborate further on how to get started meditating today. In this ascended age, meditation is the key to permanent transcendence.  It is the airplane route to self-realization.

Can’t wait to share it with you!

Blessings,

Dr. Derek

The Sexual Samadhi

Sex… Samadhi…?

Aren’t these two supposed to be separate from each other?

What if you could unite the greatest physical experience with the greatest spiritual experience?

Do you think this merger could ignite God’s fire within a person, allowing them to overcome an obstacle, achieve any goal, and become any type person they dream of?  Of course it could.

This is the future of mankind’s evolution on Earth… to merge two wonderful gifts of the creator.

Learn to fuse your basic, primal instinct with the highest, blissful nature of the Divine and the Kingdom of Heaven shall be yours.

OM AUM Symbol

If you know anything about samadhi, then you would think that physical sex is the direct opposite of this enlightened spiritual state.

But to understand the nature of a “sexual samadhi,” you must first understand what samadhi is in the first place.

Samadhi is considered by many spiritual teachers, gurus, and self-realized masters as the highest level of consciousness any one human being can achieve.

In the achievement of samadhi, the meditator or devotee, also achieves self-realization as well. Self-realization is also referred to as enlightenment or nirvana (Buddhism) and is considered the last stage of spiritual evolution that you could ever accomplish.

However, new insights into meditative yoga, have shown that samadhi could occur in many different types – just like self-realization.  It can be minor, major, astrally (energetically) perceived, or while being immersed in the sound of Om (AUM).

Samadhi is also considered an “ultimate stillness.” This stillness when coupled with out-of-body experiences becomes a transitional state to evolve the body and brain further to God-realization.

When ultimate stillness, out-of-body experiences, and pure, unadulterated joy become easily activated by choice, nirvikalpa samadhi is manifested.

In all these versions, the body can appear to be as still as stone, but inside the person is buzzing with blissful delight and unfathomable pleasure.

Now sometimes a person who is has been meditating for many years, can bring that “ultimate stillness,” out-of-body experience, or deep bliss into their daily life.  This could be at home with the wife and kids, at work, or even exercising!

It is hard to understand why I put an exclamation point at the end of the word “exercising,” but when you can manifest perfect, pure, unending, blissful joy at any time, even when you are exercising, you know you have achieved one of the highest forms of self-realization.

So…

How is this samadhi thing associated with sex?

Well… you know, as well as I know, that sex should be the greatest physical, mental, and emotional experience that two people can have together, right?

Well… at its core sex is primal, but when sexual intercourse is made into a spiritual, life-giving process, it becomes a way to help evolve the body and brain to receive to receive higher, mystical experiences of the Divine.

Sex, for the sake of sex only becomes a sin, which negatively impact one’s karma leading to more and more future negative consequences and experiences.

If sex could be used between two people who are in a life-long committed relationship that is not only mentally, emotionally motivated, but spiritually inclined as well, then that session of love-making will drastically improve the connection those two partners have with each other.

Doesn’t it say in Genesis of the Christian bible that,

“For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.” ~ Genesis 2:24

This idea of “one flesh” is to unite not only the physical pleasures of two people to each other, but also to unify their spiritual flesh (the soul).

In Proverbs of the Bible it says,

“Let your fountain be blessed and rejoice in the wife of your youth. As a loving hind and a graceful doe, let her breasts satisfy you at all times; Be exhilarated always with her love.” ~ Proverbs 5:18-19

Now the last verse was a little descriptive, but it shows that it is OK to indulge in one another. When we share in the body, mind, and spirit, this triune amalgamation allows for much greater gains in peace, joy, and bliss.  When the sexual action is performed with grace, love, devotion, surrender, and humility, even greater rewards are received.  These rewards are amplified when meditation is performed immediately after making love, using the techniques described in earlier blog posts.

OM AUM Symbol

Ultimately, if sex can be spiritually transformed, then more people would be self-realized much sooner. There would be more mutual ascension between partners.

A sexual samadhi is to join physical procreation with that of spiritual progression. This is to truly be both human and a Son/Daughter of God while in the physical body.

In this way, the spiritual evolution of the Earth could increase exponentially allow the Kingdom of Heaven to reign down into all hearts.

This concept is my new book, Your Guide to Scientific Self-Realization: Part II: The Ascension. I explain it there in more detail and more application.  When you get a chance, check it out. It is available now.

P.S.

If you are not in a relationship, it doesn’t mean that you should go out, have sex, and attempt to create this relationship just because of its power.  Fortunately, it does not and will not work like that.

Instead pray that you might find a partner who has perfect soul unity with you.  This was recommended by my guru, Paramahansa Yogananda, but it is exactly what I prayed to find my own partner Jessie. By doing so, it allowed me to enter into the highest of all spiritual experiences.

See you next time!

Consciousness Versus!

Consciousness.

This is the baseline conscious state that everyone accesses while awake and not sleeping. Your awareness is here during the waking hours. You leave this state either during sleep, intense prayer, meditation, or ultimately at your death.

This is the first real state of consciousness that you will be a part of while in the 1st Dimension. The 1st Dimension resembles an underground cavern and is spiritually filled with heavy, dampened karma, that ultimately will prevent your upward ascension into self-realization. The goal here is to permanently transcend consciousness to the state of superconsciousness.

It is only a few steps above, but will still require some real devotion, dedication, and discipline.

As you ascend in realization, the consciousness can be removed from various parts of the body allowing you to create a turiya-like condition.  This isn’t the true, fourth dimensional, transcendental state spoken about masters of self-realization.  Instead during this experience, you will to attune yourself to higher states of vibrational awareness.

By doing so, spiritual access will be given to your body and brain to ascend to the next level of realization.  This will happen without end, as long as you are still in your present physical body.  Meaning… you have not died.

This sounds morbid, I know, but really it is not meant to be!

There are some aspects that need to be absolutely understood before you can move on.  This is just the beginning of the journey!  Stick with me!  There is still so much more to come!

Within Consciousness is included the LOCs (Levels of Consciousness) Unconsciousness, Subconsciousness, and Drunken Consciousness.  The first two states are classically described according to the medical literature. The third state – Drunken Consciousness – can be your first access into the highest state of bliss possible.

Drunken Consciousness is difficult to understand, but for those who have a predisposition to achieve it, will go far in their understanding of what real God-realization is all about.  I don’t want to elaborate too much here as it is not the goal of these blog posts, but check it out in the book, you’ll see what I mean.

The LOCs Unconsciousness and Subconsciousness have been considered similar to many individuals. Some psychologists such as Sigmund Freud even think that the subconscious state to be nonexistent!

The medical literature describes unconsciousness as a physical interaction between the brain and what it perceives while awake. Obviously, the individual is not “consciously” awake and so is considered un-conscious.

The subconscious mind is generally considered more by psychologists as what controls over 98% of bodily function. This is because you are only aware of about 2% bodily function.

However, as you ascend in self-realization, your own self-awareness will also increase exponentially allowing you tap into the other 98%.

Consciousness is only the beginning! There is so much more to talk about. Hang on to your seats kids, because we are going for a ride!

The Beginning of Ascension

I hope you have had an opportunity to get started on the ebook that I just published!

Your Guide to Scientific Self-Realization is a real gem, one that only comes once in a lifetime. I am just glad that the Divine wanted me to bring it to the world.

Your Guide to Scientific Self-Realization: Part I - The Science

Sometimes you feel like you are meant for something great, well that is exactly how I felt.  I just knew that the Divine had a special plan for me.  I even told my mother when I was young…

“Mom, I just feel different from everyone else.” And she would say, “Well of course you are different!  Everyone is a little different from everyone else.  Everyone is special.”

Of course I knew this, even at a young age, but I knew I could never really explain it to her.  I knew I just had to keep living, doing the best job I could do, until the Divine delivered the role that would be played in the world.

Well.. If you still haven’t had the chance to read the first ebook, you can still get it here. Again let me know if you want it in a different file type, I can have that available to buy directly through my website here at AscendedBooks.com

In the 2nd ebook, The Ascension, I talk about the various levels of consciousness, how they are experienced, and how they are numerically calculated.  It is not currently published, but will be in the next few months.

Essentially I go deeper into the metaphysical science of self-realization and enlightenment.

In the first ebook, I explained the hard, physical science involved in discovering the various levels of consciousness (LOC) leading up to self-realization.

Now in the second ebook, you will get a firsthand glance at how you can ascend from a mere conscious mortal to a divinely-enlightened man or woman of God.

The Ascension Book Cover

I start from the medical versions of consciousness and unconsciousness first. Then I explain all the LOCs from before superconsciousness up to cosmic consciousness.

Finally, I explain what happens after you become self-realized and you enter into the multidimensional realm of the angels.

However, this isn’t the end of the greatness that you will be able to experience in self-realization.

For there is so much more that will be revealed in the final ebook, The Summit. That ebook will be available at the end of the November 2016.

For now, get through the first ebook, read all the blog posts, follow me on Facebook and Twitter for more announcements, and just keep swimming!

Levels of Consciousness

Levels of Consciousness (LOC)

Here is what you have been waiting for!

A complete list of the levels of consciousness included in my newest book, Your Guide to Scientific Self-Realization: Part I: The Science.

So… let’s start from the beginning!

Each level of consciousness has its own name, its own dimension, is within a category of consciousness, and has an overarching category.

In total there are:

  • 3 Umbrella Categories of Consciousness
  • 6 Dimensional Realms
  • 14 Categories of Consciousness
  • 20 Major Levels of Consciousness
  • 24 Minor Levels of Consciousness

The 3 umbrella categories show that you can either be Unconscious, Conscious, or Superconscious while raising your level of vibrational awareness.

  • So… you can be “below” the conscious level in unconsciousness where you are either sleeping, comatose, or forcefully situated there.
  • You can also be “above” consciousness in superconsciousness. This generally occurs in deep meditation for beginners or more permanently for advanced meditators.
  • Most people, however, operate in consciousness by choice while eating, working, playing, etc.

The 20 major LOCs are placed within dimensional realms. The major types include in ascending order:

  • 1st Dimension
  • 2nd Dimension
  • 3rd Dimension
  • Multidimensional Realm
  • Extradimensional Realm
  • Uni-A-Dimensional Realm

In the diagram included below these realms are both bolded and underlined in the left-hand column.

The 20 major LOCs are broadly categorized according to whether you are conscious, Christ-conscious, cosmic-conscious, spiritually conscious, or divinely conscious.

There are smaller categories existing in between each of these 5 major categories of consciousness as well for further differentiation.

The other 9 in ascending order are:

  • Drunken Consciousness
  • Unconsciousness
  • Subconsciousness
  • Semi-Superconsciousness
  • Superconsciousness
  • Unknown Consciousness
  • Unified Consciousness
  • Maitreyan Consciousness
  • Divine Superconsciousness

In the diagram these categories are included in the right-hand column.

Out of 20 major LOCs, only about half of them are recognizable by meditators, yogis, and practitioners of Hinduism.

These include in ascending order:

  • Consciousness
  • Superconsciousness
  • Christ Consciousness
  • Minor Samadhi
  • Savikalpa Samadhi
  • Asamprajñata Samadhi
  • Major Samadhi
  • Nirvikalpa Samadhi
  • Sahaja Samadhi

In the diagram these more well-known LOCs are included in the right-hand column as well.

Muscle Testing

Here is where science and spirituality butt heads…

For the first time in recorded human history a diagnostic/neurological test has been used to determine a spiritual outcome.

True integration is occurring between points of logical rationality and a possible emotional outcome. Essentially an objective test (muscle testing) is used to gain an objective response (strength or weakness) about a subjective medium (self-realization).

Muscle testing is being used as a gateway to discover the answers the intuitive mind provides. Muscle testing is a practice ground for unearthing your true potential.

This is how it began for me. I learned how to test a muscle… properly.

Next, I learned how to perform other types of offshoot muscle testing. Then I learned how to self-test with my own muscles. Finally, I discovered how to use my intuitive processes to answer the questions muscle testing would normally provide.

With intuitive testing, I could purely test my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies without moving a muscle and still gain an objective answer – one that is at least ~95% correct when all conditions are met.

Isn’t this something you would like to learn?

I mean… who wouldn’t want to gain access to a limitless realm of wisdom and an infinite dimension of possibilities?

I think “duh” here is the appropriate response.

Now for a little history on muscle testing.

Muscle-testing began with two physical therapists in the early 20th century.

When a chiropractic physician in 1964, named George Goodheart, got his hands on muscle testing, he took it to the next level.  He integrated it with multiple medical systems such as acupuncture and oriental medicine, osteopathic manipulation, and nutritional biochemistry.  He called in Applied Kinesiology.

Just imagine, you find one weak muscle and there are at least 5-10 possibilities to help that individual. It could be physically, nutritionally, emotionally, mentally, chemically, and/or spiritually. Dr. Goodheart literally created a way to gain access to the body’s innate healing capacity and be as specific as a laser hitting a target.

Doesn’t everyone want a fine-tuned treatment?  Of course!

In medical school, as a chiropractor and a naturopath, I was also able to receive the best and most specific treatments for my body with the practice of applied kinesiology.  This resulted in my ability to ascend in realization more quickly.

Muscle-testing isn’t just to discover where your level of consciousness (LOC) is currently, but also helps as a precursor to eliminate barriers to your spiritual ascension.

Muscle-testing can be used for all kinds of things, however, you must be taught appropriately how to self-test.  Learning accuracy in self-testing is almost absolutely essential, if you expect to ascend on your own without the help of a qualified muscle-tester.

Don’t expect that you will be able to muscle test winning lottery numbers or which horse to bet on… because it really doesn’t work like that.

BUT, there is hope for those who desire to ascend and reach their highest potential.  Ascension is for those who truly want to improve.  The Divine will not provide the help unless you truly desire it and you are working for the highest good of others.

OM AUM Symbol

In the future, I may do a webinar on how to muscle-test for the beginner.  Then eventually work towards a webinar on self-testing. If anyone is interested in this possibility, please leave a comment, so that I can start working diligently towards that goal.

Thanks and be blessed friends!

Stay tuned for the next blog post on the Levels of Consciousness.  I will give you a complete list of the levels that will be included with a diagram to match!  See you then!

Yogic meditation

Meditation and Yoga

In the last blog post, I talked briefly about how self-realization cannot be achieved easily and as quickly without the use of yogic meditation.

You can use devotion or even silent prayer to reach the divine, but it takes infinitely longer and many lifetimes to achieve self-realization.

Yoga is the scientific practice for meditation – one which has been tested in the fires of time and sheer determination.

For at least four millennia, yoga and its associated meditative practices has been shown to create the greatest, most complete, and longest-lasting connection to the Divine.

It sounds like yogic meditation would be a no-brainer then, right?

It isn’t ALWAYS that simple….

Meditation takes time, period.

Does anyone have time these days?  You, me, your mother – we are ALL rushing around like chickens with our heads cut off… seriously.

It is said in some Zen meditation circles, that the less time you have to meditate, the more time in meditation required.

Doesn’t make sense does it?

Well, the more time you have to relax, the less time meditation is needed, because it is like you are already meditating during your times of relaxation.  This is what mediation trains you to do – to relax.

The more time you fuss and stress about every little thing, the less time you have to relax.  Less relaxation = more time in meditation

Make sense now?

So where does yoga fit into this whole meditation-self-realization-thing?

Yoga is a broad term describing various types of physical exercises – body positions called asanas and mudras, breath-control techniques, and basic life principles that when followed accurately and completely, help to evolve the body and brain to achieve the highest state of consciousness known as enlightenment or self-realization.

Meditation based in yoga is the vehicle that takes your spiritual evolution to the highest level possible!  It is actually one of eight aspects described by a Hindu sage, Patanjali, in his Yoga Sutras (yogic writings).  Since Patanjali is considered the father of modern yoga, we will assume that his work is like the bible for yogis and yoginis alike.

These eight aspects (limbs) are as follows:

  1. Yama (moral conduct)
  2. Niyama (personal observances)
  3. Asana (physical body postures)
  4. Pranayama (breath-control techniques)
  5. Pratyahara (withdrawal/control of the senses)
  6. Dharana (concentration)
  7. Dhyana (meditation)
  8. Samadhi (ecstatic union with the Divine)

Yoga is mostly practiced as a physical exercise in North America, but it is so much more!

Yoga was originally designed to bring you closer to God, closer to bliss consciousness, closer to true perfection.

As stated by most masters, the ultimate goal of yoga is liberation or kaivalya. This is enlightenment or self-realization.

So why doesn’t the world see the fullest value of yoga?

It is because often yoga is looked at as a religion or a part of Hinduism.  But in fact, it is just a philosophical school of Hinduism and has generally been incorporated into all belief systems of the religion.

See, Hinduism really is not one strict set of beliefs or dogmas, but a collection of many belief systems. Yoga is a school of philosophy or spiritual practice that has been integrated into belief systems of Hinduism.  This is similar to the “call and response” worship of the Christian religion.

Call and response is classically a part of both Catholicism and Protestantism, but isn’t necessarily a part of a Christian’s core belief system.  One does not have to practice it to be a Christian, but still does because it is a part of the practice of the religion.

Yoga can be integrated into any religion. No exceptions.

This physical and spiritual practice is meant to bring you closer to the Divine and does so through a definitive, scientific process, tested over thousands of years.

OM AUM Symbol

So… what should you take from this post?

  1. Meditation is the quickest and easiest path to a connection with the Divine
  2. Meditation is the highest spiritual version of yoga
  3. Yoga is a philosophy
  4. Yoga is not a religion
  5. Yoga can be integrated with ANY religion
  6. Meditation can help you right now with any physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual problems that you may be experiencing

Questions to ponder upon:

  • Does it disagree with your current belief system?
  • Could you take your prayer and worship a step further with meditation?
  • Could you integrate yoga into your current religious and spiritual practice?

Stay tuned next week for more info on this ascended age!

Self-Realization for All!

What awaits you at the end of this life?  Do you truly know?

You may throw guesses around based upon your faith or beliefs, but you can never absolutely discern the truth, can you?

OM AUM Symbol

These are the types of answers that can be answered in my first ebook, Your Guide to Scientific Self-Realization: Part I: The Science.

By becoming realized you can absolutely know, without a doubt, what surprises are to be expected.

By going deep within the Self, you will tear away old versions of yourself to discover the wellspring of intuitive wisdom the soul provides.

Another question for you…

What is the purpose of your life?

Is it to accumulate more and more things, so that we can feel kingly of our pile of stuff?  Or maybe this “stuff” isn’t so physical… maybe it is both mental and emotional as well?

At the end of a very materially-minded life, all you have are the things you’ve collected and the physical/mental/emotional baggage gained through trial and tribulation.

And then, when you are at the end of your life, having to let it all go with no real value gained, really makes you wonder how life should have been lived.

Wouldn’t it be better to:

  • be humble
  • be at peace
  • share joy
  • give love
  • be loved

Aren’t these the “things” you should be collecting so that your gain is both spiritual and truly heavenly?  So that when we enter our final stages of living, death is only another opportunity to live more completely?

How can you live peacefully, devotedly share peace, and spread love?

Through the process of self-realization of course!

This is the aha-moment-lightbulb-flashing-inside-of-your-head saying that I am not the body… I am SPIRIT!

So what is SPIRIT again?!?

In one of my last blogs I talked about the nature of reality.  Read more if you want an in-depth overview. Otherwise to summarize the above thought:

  • SPIRIT = God without desire to create
  • Creator = God with desire to create
  • God creates out of itself creation
  • SPIRIT = All creation in its purest essence
  • The Self or Higher Self = The soul + God as Creator
  • Thus… The Self = SPIRIT
  • The Realization of the Self = The realization that all is SPIRIT and SPIRIT is all.

It does not get much simpler than that.  However, there are many steps to climb before you can reach such lofty peaks. Your body must undergo intense spiritual training before you can realize yourself as the SPIRIT that underlies all created and un-created things.

Self-realization will lead you to a place of both knowing and unknowing.  It allows you to muster such great faith, enabling you to accomplish anything you desire.

Self-realization allows you to walk through fire, navigate incredible waters, and give love even when love is unjustified. These are the great teachings of the masters of self-realization.

As love is the highest calling of SPIRIT, to have love, to give love, and thus receive love is the highest commandment you can receive.  In this way, self-realization satisfies your deepest wish.

Through self-realization comes the reception of the Divine’s pure light.  It descends into your upper chakras (swirls of bodily energy) from the top of the head and the third eye.  It courses through the body bulb to illuminate it with such ferocity, that your body becomes a true source of purity and virtue

This is what you have to look forward to – pure, unadulterated, peace-love-joy-harmony-bliss all at once, at any time, for any reason.

So the questions you ask yourself now is:

  • Where is it??
  • When can I get it?!
  • Can it come right now?!!

These are the exact same questions I had when I first began ascending in consciousness along the path of enlightenment.

I wanted it to come all at once, but realized that in the process of gaining self-realization, there was infinitely more to come… other than my first minute of electrifying, God-joy-producing, bliss consciousness.

This is also what you have to look forward to as well.  The everlasting love of God. Love that can be received when you want it.

Your body was meant to be an instrument of the Divine.  In this way, your body can receive peace, joy, realization at a moment’s notice and turned off just as quickly.

How far are you willing to go to receive the Divine’s greatest gift?

OM AUM Symbol

In the next few blog posts we will be talking about the science of meditation and yoga and how it is the keystone to achieving self-realization.

Without the techniques given by great yogic masters, your ascension to self-realization would be severely handicapped and limited

Stay tuned for future posts!

The Minervan man

The Minervan Man

Here is your potential self – the Minervan man.

The Minervan man, self-realization, enlightenment

We are divinely created in the image of the Creator. In this way you have both male and female qualities about you.

You may be scientific and logical or spiritual and intuitive.  You are more likely a combination of the two.  These are the essential, foundational qualities of the Minervan man – a perfect blending of divine and human.

OM AUM Symbol

The Minervan man is the future of mankind’s spiritual evolution here on Earth…  at least for the next 2,000 years.  Until then, we must aspire to ascend as a Minervan to comprehend our true heritage as purity, sanctity, and divinity.

Inner peace and bliss are both necessary aspects of the Minervan man. This is what we must ultimately achieve during this current world era.

Do you notice how conflicts are still going on around the world?  Whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual, turmoil exists – even after such great world wars.

Where ever you turn – in the media, in the newspaper, on Facebook, hostility exists to grab your attention away from what is important.

The Minervan man’s greatest challenge is to cultivate peace, happiness, and bliss wherever you go. Especially during these struggling and conflicted times.

Inner peace is the first step to developing the aptitude to realize God’s bliss.  If you have God’s bliss, then you are a true ascended Minervan.

In the beginning, inner peace is gained through meditation and stilling the physical body. This ultimately leads to mental stillness. Once your mind is stilled, bliss will come in intermittent waves to provide you encouragement.

To know whether you have gained true Minervan bliss or not, ask yourself these questions:

  • Is it felt in both the heart and the third eye?
  • Can I access it at any moment?
  • Does it completely engulf the mind leading to mindlessness?
  • Am I able to clear emotional conflicts in my life easily?
  • Do others notice that I seem more at ease?
  • Do others say they feel the ease that comes from me?

These are just a few questions to help sort out the differences between having peace and bliss. Inner peace is great, but having inner bliss is truly transcendent!

In our current world era, few religions are able to achieve the Minervan mindset collectively in a group.  Some spiritual practices involving yoga can teach you to rise on your own, but often a guru or spiritual teacher is needed for permanent ascension.

To increase the opportunity for ascension find unity in all God’s creation to become unified in God’s cosmic consciousness. This is the true definition of the Minervan man.

Questions to ponder:

  • Do I notice something is wrong with the world?
  • Am I losing interest with the material world?
  • Am I searching for something I cannot buy or gain physically?

If you can answer yes to at least 2 of the 3 of these questions, then you may be in fact a Minervan man or woman, destined for greatness!

Ultimately the person who goes outside the box of religious reality and finds the spiritual gem in all belief systems may truly be the Minervan man of this era.
